London, 9 March 2026 — Genesys®, a global cloud leader in AI-Powered Experience Orchestration, today announced the appointment of Felipe Schwartzmann as senior vice president and regional sales leader for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Schwartzmann previously served as SVP of Latin America at Genesys, where he drove regional expansion and increased enterprise adoption of the Genesys Cloud™ platform.
Schwartzmann brings 20 years of experience in enterprise sales leadership to his role, including nearly a decade at Genesys. He now assumes responsibility for sales strategy and execution across EMEA, supporting organisations in accelerating agentic AI adoption and advancing experience orchestration to fuel lasting customer loyalty and sustainable growth. Schwartzmann will be based in Madrid.
