Punching Above our Weight: ANZ Companies Most Recognised Finalists in Global Customer Experience Awards Program

 

Australian and New Zealand organisations dominate the finalist list in the 2020 Genesys Customer Innovation Awards

For the past 15 years, the Genesys® Customer Innovation Awards have recognised and celebrated customer experience excellence, innovation, and transformation. This year’s global awards program will honour nine organisations across seven key categories and is open to companies of all sizes, in all markets. In 2020, Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) companies proved some of the best in the world, achieving a record number of submissions and finalists for a total of nine awards across the seven award categories.

Representing almost half of the total global finalists, 12 innovative Australian and New Zealand-based organisations have been selected, proving the region is excelling in embracing new technologies. The impressive recognition stands out in comparison to other much larger regions in its innovative uptake of technology solutions.

Finalists from ANZ that have been recognised for implementing innovative technologies, creating a more personalised service and vastly improving the customer and employee experience include:
