Genesys Recognised as one of India’s Best Workplaces in 2020

The achievement reaffirms the employee-first culture at Genesys, and marks the fourth consecutive year the organisation has received the award

This marks the fourth consecutive year Genesys has received this accolade, and is a testament to the company’s strong workplace culture and continued commitment to building an environment for employees to thrive.

The Great Place to Work® certification ranks among some of the most definitive ‘Employer-of-Choice’ initiatives globally, with nominees undergoing a rigorous work culture assessment process. For an organisation to get certified, 70% or more of its employee respondents should rate the organisation as a great workplace, and its people practices should be rated 2.5 or more on a 5-point scale by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Genesys has required employees to work remotely to ensure their health and safety. Being mindful that the working culture must still be fostered despite remote working models, Genesys has organised digital interactive teambuilding events for its employees such as online yoga sessions, virtual hang-out sessions, open virtual office hours with executives and managers, and more. The company has also rolled out training and development courses to ensure team members have the support and resources to navigate this period with topics to help them stay connected, handle uncertainty, manage virtual teams, build resilience, develop coping skills and more.
