Camille Popplewell, Global Retail Managing Director for Genesys, brings a transformational perspective to her role by creating customer experiences that tap into emotive connections. In that role she executed digital transformation strategies for vertical solutions, including P&G and Kroger – a segment with more than 60 leading companies. Camille started her career as a marketing consultant before diving into tech sales at IBM, Adobe, Oracle and Microsoft.
