Michael L. Szilagyi has over 20 years of technical and leadership experience in the software industry, serving in executive, product, development, operations and technical roles. Szilagyi is senior vice president of product management for the PureCloud® platform at Genesys where he leads product definition and development initiatives for the company’s revolutionary new cloud platform. Before Genesys, he held roles as vice president of development, information technology and limited partner at an options equity market-making firm in Chicago, Illinois. Szilagyi has also held development and leadership roles at Motorola representing its cellular, paging, and hybrid-fiber and coax telephony product lines. He’s spent his career bringing disruptive technologies successfully to market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology/computer science from Purdue University.
