Michelle Boisvert

Michelle Boisvert is the Director of Customer Stories at Genesys, where she helps to amplify the voices and successes of Genesys customers. Prior to this, Michelle was Editing Director and worked across the company to shape content. Before joining Genesys, she was Executive Editor at TechTarget, where she oversaw editorial content on topics including cloud computing, DevOps, data center technologies and virtualization. Outside of work, Michelle is an ultramarathoner who lives in Portland, OR, with her dog Cricket.
