Courtney Harland is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Genesys in Australia, working with the PureConnect and Genesys Cloud™ platforms. She has worked in the contact center industry for 10 years, starting out as a contact center agent using Genesys software. Working on the ground in contact centers, as well as behind the scenes in vendor sales, has given her a unique perspective of how the industry has grown and been shaped by both technology and people.
