The Genesys Cloud CX® User Data Management Console is an easy-to-use tool that manages your customers’ data as part of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This AWS cloud-hosted dashboard allows a user to independently respond to data requests for export or deletion. When a request has been submitted, users can view the status of their requests through a historic dashboard.
