Genesys has 50 spots for interns to join the team each summer. As an intern, you’re part of the team from Day One — contributing code alongside our engineers to build microservices for the industry-leading Genesys Cloud CXTM platform. Each year, many of our interns receive full-time job offers to join Genesys after graduation. They continue to build on the skills they gained over the summer.

Genesys has two core R&D teams: Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Multicloud CX. The Genesys Cloud CX platform is built with a microservices architecture on top of Amazon Web Services. The Genesys Multicloud CXTM multicloud solution offers private cloud, public cloud and on-premises deployments. This approach allows us to match customers’ infrastructures, deployments and management models to fit their specific needs.

A team of Genesys engineers strives to invent the tools and techniques that meet our platforms’ demands. And our Cloud Security Engineers work within security monitoring and analysis of all Genesys production environments.
