With 20 years’ experience in the Canadian Contact Centre industry and other various manufacturer’s and VAR’s, Sean is passionate and driven to helping customers achieve their goals across Canada. Sean enjoys working with mid to large enterprise customers and has been focusing on promoting cloud and cloud migration for the last 5 years.  Sean also started in the Technology industry in late 90’s with Avaya, then with Avaya VAR,  Interactive Intelligence, and Genesys for the last 6+ years.

 

Howard Frenkel

Senior Principal Solutions Consultant, Genesys Canada

Howard has been involved within the telecommunications and contact centre industry for almost 15 years. Having worked with organizations of all sizes, an appreciation for the unique needs that make each company different has been deeply ingrained. Educated in commerce with a focus in Information Systems, Howard’s drive is on the business benefits provided by the technology. While often working with organizations as a contact centre generalist, over the years Howard has focused in areas such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR), analytics and cloud services.
