The 2023 Ryder Cup
Spanning 91 years and 42 competitions, the Ryder Cup has become one of the world’s greatest sporting events. Every two years, 24 of the best golf players from Europe and the United States go head-to-head in match play competition. Incredible golf, camaraderie and sportsmanship are served in equal measures, captivating an audience of millions around the world.
Join Genesys Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30 at the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club for this legendary event. As a guest for this premium experience, you will take in all the excitement from The Founders Lounge which overlooks the thrilling 16th and 17th holes and include distant views of the famous Eternal City. Featuring appearances from past Ryder Cup playing legends, you will be able to soak up the atmosphere and bask in the history of this legendary event. While we hope you’ll be able to join us for the golf portion of the event, we understand that some guests may not be able to extend their time with us. Please let us know if you’ll be attending both the CX Leadership summit and the Ryder Cup, or departing before the golf match.
Offsite Activities
The magic of the CX Leadership Summit takes place “off the schedule” when everyone gathers for quality time away from their computers. As such, we’ve made sure to include this critical component in your retreat, including dinners at the exquisite Galleria Doria Pamphilj and breathtaking Mirabelle, as well as a walking tour of Rome.

Enjoy a private dinner at the exquisite Doria Pamphilj, a 16th century palace in Rome, which houses the Galleria Doria Pamphilj, a museum that houses the private collection of the Doria family.
Walking Tour of Rome
The second day of the Summit will conclude with a casual walking tour of Rome. We’ll begin our journey at the magnificent Villa Borghese where you can take in a splendid panorama of Rome. From there, we’ll make our way to the Villa Medici and the church of Trinità dei Monti, where we’ll descend the famous Spanish Steps and find ourselves in the Piazza di Spagna before reaching the grandiose Trevi Fountain.
Finally, we’ll make our way through the alleys of Rome, reaching Piazza Barberini with the small Fountain of the Bees and the Fountain of the Triton, works by the great sculptor Bernini. We’ll explore additional famous landmarks and hidden gems alike along the way before the tour concludes at Mirabelle for a beautiful dinner on the veranda.

Sit back and relax at in this gourmet terrace with views that span from Villa Medici and the Trinità dei Monti all the way to St. Peter’s and the Gianicolo. Exquisite food that gratifies both the eyes and the palate. The refined style, the sophisticated live music, the dishes prepared with expertise and passion, and the elegance of one of the most spectacular rooftop gardens in Rome will make your meal more than just memorable.

The Genesys Leadership Summit will take place at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa located in an elegant and peaceful part of Rome, in the exclusive Parioli district. This Five Star hotel surrounded by magnificent, yet cozy, botanical gardens of Villa Borghese.
Each room at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa is elegantly designed with Italian furnishings and allows you to peacefully take in the beauty of Rome. Amenities include The Prince Spa, considered to be Rome’s temple of wellness, it is the largest structure of its kind in the center of Rome. It features marvelous interiors, is equipped to provide you with every type of workout imaginable, as well as a variety of wellness treatments.
Genesys will book all accommodations on your behalf. Attendees are responsible for travel to Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci Airport.

All expenses are covered apart from any personal incidentals and airfare. This includes transportation between the Leonardo da Vinci International airport and The Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa, accommodations, meals, and offsite activities.
