In this session, we explore how healthcare organisations can better connect their communications with the patient record, closing the loop between outreach and action. With a particular focus on EMR systems like Epic, we’ll demonstrate how Genesys enables care teams to unify voice, messaging, and digital channels into a seamless experience, both for patients and clinicians.
