Google is hosting the Contact Center AI Acceleration workshop with selected SI partners at Google Singapore Office on 10 February. Our aim is to enable SI Partners on the CCAI product suite, including solution configuration, integration, deployment and operationalisation. We want to ensure that our partners are fully up-to-speed on CCAI, allowing you to close new deals and excite your customers with this cutting-edge capability.

Throughout the day the team will dive into topics such as Virtual Agents for voice and chat, Security and Compliance requirements, and Agent Assist. The sessions will be run by both local experts and members of the Global Contact Centre AI team, including product, engineering partnerships and marketing.

We recommend that solution architects and tech experts attend for the full day, while BD/Sales/GTM would find the morning sessions most relevant.
