Genesys EMEA Customer Advisory Board
On behalf of the Genesys Leadership Team, we are delighted to invite you to be a member of the EMEA Customer Advisory Board.
This is a unique cohort of reference and innovation customers that serves as an advisory board to Genesys leadership and creates a powerful community of peers.
As a member of the Customer Advisory Board, you are invited to:
- Join our exclusive in-person Advisory Board meeting
- Provide feedback on Genesys strategy and product roadmap
- Participate in Genesys thought leadership and analyst relations programs
- Engage with your peers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the community
Invitation to the 2026 Customer Advisory Board in Oslo
As a member of the Customer Advisory Board, we would be delighted if you would join our annual event in Oslo, Norway from 9–11 June, 2026, as our exclusive guest.
This is a personal, non-transferrable invitation, where you will join a cohort of 15-20 leaders across EMEA to network with peers and Genesys leadership, gain in-depth understanding of the strategy and roadmap, and showcase your innovation.
Making this event even more special – Trond Prestø, EVP for Customer Care at DNB Bank, Norway’s largest financial services institution, will be generously hosting us for the Customer Advisory Board meeting.

- Departure: Thursday, 11 June (Departures as preferred, you may also join the optional sightseeing and networking)
- Hotel: The Hotel AmerikaLinjen is conveniently located near Oslo Central Station, with direct access via the airport express train.
