Building Real Agentic Virtual Agents powered by Large Action Models (LAM) in Genesys Cloud!
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll roll up your sleeves and work directly with the Genesys AI Architecture, Innovation, and Acceleration (AIA) team as well as Genesys Solution Consultants to build, configure, and experience Agentic Virtual Agents in Genesys Cloud. You’ll explore how Agentic AI actually behaves in the wild and leave with practical skills you can take straight to customers.
The day’s agenda will include:
- Presentation on Genesys AI Strategy
- Presentation on Genesys Agentic Virtual Agents- Powered by LAM Pitch & Differentiation
- Hands-On Structured Lab – A guided exercise to help you build your first Agentic Virtual Agent
Hands-On Innovation Lab/Hackathon – This is your opportunity to get creative without having to worry about building tools for the Agent because we’ve already built the infrastructure & tools for you. You can just focus on building the most innovative agent you can.
Arrive with a use case in mind – no customer names required. Build, present to your peers, and compete for bragging rights for the day’s most innovative agent.
