Genesys is organising together with our partner IST, an exclusive Customer dinner with the theme ‘Every Second Matters in CX’ to a selected small group on the evening on 17th October in Hotel Address Boulevard in Dubai.
Part of this experience is to visit the Future Museum in Dubai, located next to the World Trade Center, where GITEX will take place.

Visit of the Future Museum
Start of visiting the Museum of the Future.
The Museum tour is self guided and last 75minutes. There are onsite guides that will share any kind of info to our guests.
06:15 pm – 07:00 pm
Meet up at the Address Boulevard Hotel
Leave from the Museum to the Address Boulevard via car/uber/taxi. Please note that transport is not arranged.
For all guests travelling with their own care, please note that there is a car valet at the hotel.

Cocktail
Mocktails and canape will be served outside on the terrace.
08:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Dinner
