Immersive Experience Orchestration Workshop

This is an interactive workshop that brings together customer leaders to explore real world experience challenges, uncover shared patterns of friction, and connect those moments of truth to how experience orchestration can unlock tangible business outcomes across customer and employee journeys. You will have the opportunity to work on a fictional customer in small groups to unpack experience pain points, stalled KPIs, and operational constraints. After this session, you will have an increased awareness of how Genesys AI enables experience orchestration at scale.
