Despite the many challenges faced by UK retailers over the last couple of years, rather than sounding the end, the pandemic has accelerated digital transformation across the industry.
During this event, we will look at the evolution of the customer experience since 2020 (both online and hybrid) through retail specific use cases, in addition to getting to see how Maintel and Genesys can help you with your digital transformational journey.
