Join us at the outstanding Pennyhill Park Hotel to help plan your CX 2020.
The CX Leaders Council (CXLC) is an annual gathering of around 80 invite-only senior leaders in CX from some of the globes most iconic brands. Now in its 4th year, this event goes from strength to strength in delivering its audience thought leadership, networking opportunities, insights into the latest trends and providing access to key Genesys executives and industry leaders.
This year’s event takes place in the UK again in the stunning 5* country property of Pennyhill Park Hotel, home of English Rugby (who will be onsite training that week!). Spanning two days, 14-16 November, this event will provide all attendees with a memorable experience.
See below to view the summary video from our 2017 event from London’s Café Royal.
I look forward to welcoming you to the UK on 14 November 2018.
Kind regards,
Senior Vice President Sales EMEA, Genesys
