Race to the Cloud
Partner Incentive

The Race to the Cloud Partner Incentive (“Incentive”) will consist of two separate promotional periods (“Races”) aligning to start and end dates of the Genesys fiscal year quarters in which the Incentive is offered (“Incentive Period.”) For the purpose of the Incentive, the start and end dates of the Races will align to the following quarters:

Race 1: July 1st, 2020 – October 31st, 2020

Race 2: November 1st, 2020 – January 31^st, 2021

By entering this Incentive, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, the person entering these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the active Genesys partner, confirms that he or she has read, understands, has authority to enter into the Terms and Conditions, and agrees to serve as the primary point of contact for all Incentive communications.

ELIGIBILITY

This Incentive is open to all active partners who are eligible to resell Genesys Cloud during the Incentive Period. Government entities or organizations are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO ENTER

In order to participate, partners must accept the Terms and Conditions by completing the enrollment form by the close of the first month in which the Incentive is announced (“Enrollment Period”) , located HERE.

How to Win

Partners earn points based on the Criteria listed below within the specified start and end dates of the Race. Winning partners will be identified based on the points accumulated from the defined list of Eligible Activities (see below.) At the close of each Race, Genesys will award prizes to the partners with the highest point accumulation in each Region as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
