Is Xperience 2020 canceled or postponed?

The health and safety of our customers, employees and community are a top priority for us. Genesys is planning to reschedule the conference to a date later this year.

Why is Xperience 2020 being postponed?

After consultation with our stakeholders, we made the decision to postpone Xperience 2020 due to the travel restrictions and uncertainty of COVID-19 developments.

When will the new Xperience 2020 conference date be announced?

We are evaluating future conference dates and will communicate the new date as soon as a decision is made.

I am currently registered for Xperience 2020. Will I need to re-register for the new date?

We will automatically transfer your registration to the new conference dates as soon as they are available.

What if I am unable to attend the new Xperience 2020 dates? Will I be reimbursed?

Please contact [email protected] when the new dates are confirmed and you will be refunded in full without any fees or penalties.

What is the Xperience 2020 hotel cancellation policy?

If you booked accommodations via the Xperience 2020 website link at the Gaylord Rockies or one of the overflow hotels, Genesys will automatically cancel your reservation and your deposit will be refunded. No further action is needed on your part.

What if I booked accommodations on my own and not via the conference links?

You are responsible for canceling any reservations you booked on your own.
