Nexon Asia Pacific and Spark New Zealand awarded for partner excellence in Australia and New Zealand<\/em><\/h2>\n

Highlighting regional and market-leading excellence, the awards showcased key partners\u2019 proven success in helping organisations realise superior business value and contributions to the growth of the Experience as a Service\u00ae market.<\/p>\n

Based on the achievements of partners during the fiscal year 2023,\u00a0NTT APAC<\/b>\u00a0was awarded top honours for \u2018APAC Partner of the Year\u2019.\u00a0Nexon Asia Pacific<\/i><\/b>\u00a0was awarded the \u2018Australia Partner of the Year\u2019, and\u00a0Spark New Zealand\u00a0<\/b>was awarded \u2018New Zealand Partner of the Year\u2019 \u2013 both for the second year running. The winning partners have consistently shown expertise and industry leadership in their respective markets as they successfully leverage Genesys platforms to enable organisations to deliver personalised, empathetic experiences at scale.<\/p>\n

During fiscal year 2023, Genesys APAC saw a 50% growth in cloud revenue year-over-year, and nearly 3\/4th of the overall revenue was driven by partners. ANZ led the region with majority of total APAC revenue. Genesys ANZ saw a 30% growth in cloud revenue year-over-year, and over 66% of its overall revenue was driven by partners.<\/p>\n
