At Genesys, empathy isn\u2019t just a guiding principle; it\u2019s the heart of how we build, lead and give back. This approach to sustainability is grounded in the belief that innovation must serve people and the planet if we want both to thrive. That\u2019s why we take action that centres on both human wellbeing and environmental responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

We set an ambitious goal to achieve by 2030: Power 80 million meaningful conversations among charities and people in need. We\u2019re proud to report that we\u2019ve reached 16 million during fiscal years 2024 and 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

These aren\u2019t just numbers \u2014 they\u2019re real moments of support, comfort and connection made possible by Genesys technology. Our employees also put empathy into motion. In FY\u201925, they logged over 11,000 volunteer hours \u2014 a 134% increase from the previous year. Whether we were planting trees in Toronto, maintaining park trails in Raleigh, North Carolina, or making seed balls for reforestation efforts in Bengaluru, India, our global teams are showing up for their communities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inclusion is another key pillar of empathy at Genesys. In FY\u201925, we ranked in the top 10% of tech companies for employees feeling valued \u2014 a reflection of a culture that celebrates belonging and inclusion. From our global inclusion groups to adding new initiatives like Genesys Veterans, we\u2019re fostering a workplace where everyone has the chance to contribute and grow.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fly in Formation: Advancing Together, Aligned by Purpose<\/span><\/h3>\n

At Genesys, we believe that we unlock our greatest potential when teams are aligned by values, supported by purpose and empowered to grow. In FY\u201925, their voices helped us earn recognition as a Certified Great Place to Work\u00ae in 14 countries and land on several global Best Places to Work lists. With an employee engagement score of 8.4, Genesys places in the top 25% of more than 300 peer tech companies. That says something important about how we lead, listen and evolve.<\/p>\n

Our commitment to career development is just as strong. Last year, we expanded access to in-person \u201cCollaborate Sessions,\u201d and launched new virtual resources, including Workday Learning, a peer mentorship program and GROW10. This offers dedicated time for employees to pursue personal growth and learning goals.<\/p>\n

Go Big: Bold Innovation, Responsible Building<\/span><\/h3>\n

It\u2019s about scaling innovation in ways that serve customers, partners and communities. That includes technology that reduces their emissions, providing them with resiliency, security and privacy.<\/p>\n

This is how we go big to meet their needs. We believe bold ideas should come with built-in responsibility to planet Earth, too. That\u2019s why we design our solutions to be as sustainable as they are impactful.<\/p>\n

This past year, we made major strides across product offerings and environmental commitments. We launched a suite of new artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, including Genesys Cloud Virtual Agent, Agent Copilot, Supervisor Copilot and Virtual Supervisor. Each of these was built to enable businesses to provide a better customers experience \u2013 and orchestrate those experiences \u2013 with greater intelligence, speed and scale.<\/p>\n

In June 2025, we introduced Genesys Cloud\u2122\u00a0AI Studio, featuring Genesys Cloud AI Guides and Custom Conversation Summaries<\/a>. This is a major step into agentic AI<\/a>, where systems evolve from task-based execution to semi-autonomous problem-solving.<\/p>\n

But access to innovation shouldn\u2019t be reserved for the few. Through our Charitable Discount Program<\/a>, dozens of nonprofit organisations now have access to these same powerful tools. In this way, we\u2019re extending the reach of empathetic, cloud-powered experiences to those who need them most.<\/p>\n

Going big also means shrinking our own environmental impact. In FY\u201925, we reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 13% organically and maintained carbon neutrality in Genesys Cloud operations. This commitment to sustainable design helped us earn LEED Platinum certification for our Budapest R&D Centre and Gold certification for our Manila office.<\/p>\n
