Now in its 19th year, the Customer Innovation Awards recognize organisations of all sizes for propelling experiences.<\/p>\n<h2>CX and EX Transformation and Innovation in 2024<\/h2>\n<p>With a concentration on transformation, excellence, innovation and impact, the 2024 Customer Innovation Awards celebrate organisations across a range of achievements. And here\u2019s your chance to show how you\u2019ve shaped the industry this past year.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations are now open for this year\u2019s awards. Here\u2019s a look at the 2024 Genesys Customer Innovation Awards categories:<\/p>\n<p><strong>CX Achiever \u2014 Orchestrating an innovative CX and EX strategy<\/strong><br \/>\nThis category recognises the organization that\u2019s taking a modern approach to experience orchestration by focusing on both CX and EX.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CX Humanitarian \u2014 Best example of serving humanity through Genesys solutions<\/strong><br \/>\nNew this year, the CX Humanitarian award will be given to the organization that\u2019s leveraging Genesys technology for the greater good \u2014 to make the world a better place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CX Innovator \u2014 Best use of Genesys AI<\/strong><br \/>\nThe CX Innovator will be awarded to two customers, based on size (small- and mid-sized as well as enterprise), that are pushing the limits to deliver smarter and more cohesive customer and employee experiences with Genesys AI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CX Mover \u2014 Best cloud implementation<\/strong><br \/>\nThis category is geared toward organizations that have undergone successful, well-executed cloud implementations. Three winners will be awarded based on implementation type (Genesys Professional Services implementation or self-implementation, and partner implementation with both partner and customer winners).<\/p>\n<p><strong>EX Mobilizer \u2014 Best example of optimizing and improving workforce or employee engagement<\/strong><br \/>\nThe EX Mobilizer category is dedicated to the team that has modernized how it manages and empowers employees with Genesys Workforce Engagement Management.<\/p>\n<p>From these five categories, eight winners will receive with a free trip to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genesys.com\/events\/xperience-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Xperience 2024<\/a> in Denver, CO, where they\u2019ll be honored in front of industry leaders, peers and influencers.<\/p>\n<p>To learn more about this year\u2019s categories and what makes a strong nomination,\u00a0check out our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genesys.com\/?page_id=13829\">judging criteria<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>A Look Back: 2023 Customer Innovation Awards Winners<\/h2>\n<p>Genesys customers and partners made huge strides in customer and employee experience in 2023 \u2014 improving agent productivity and satisfaction, successfully deploying bots in the contact center, and much more.
