Especially contributing by helping decision makers, in a customer-focused approach, make sense of and navigate options in an ever changing fast paced technology landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Genesys, Kevin served at Microsoft via the acquisition of Nuance as Africa Director for 9 years. Responsible for scaling and expanding the adoption of \u00a0true AI driven security and customer experience solutions.
