Updated March 16, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n Last week, in response to the unjustified attack on Ukraine and the unfolding implications to Eastern Europe, we announced that we\u2019re halting all sales and renewals in Russia and Belarus. We\u2019ve also decided that, in addition to sales and renewals, we\u2019re suspending services and support effective immediately for partners and customers in those regions. We\u2019re taking this action in strong opposition to Mr. Putin\u2019s horrific actions and Russia\u2019s unjustified attack on Ukraine.<\/p>\n We\u2019ve been in regular communication with our contractors in Ukraine and employees in Russia throughout this conflict. Our focus remains on supporting their well-being, including providing financial assistance and relocation support. We\u2019re also offering no-cost Genesys services<\/a> to help organisations in the region provide critical resources to residents displaced by the crisis.<\/p>\n Empathy is rooted in everything we do at Genesys. It\u2019s hard to comprehend the losses millions of people have experienced in the past two weeks. Our hearts are with them.<\/p>\n Genesys and its employees will continue to support aid organisations in the region. Since the beginning of the invasion, we\u2019ve raised funds for World Central Kitchen<\/a>, Disasters Emergency Committee<\/a>, Polish Humanitarian Action<\/a> and the International Rescue Committee<\/a>. To date, we\u2019ve raised more than $125,000 in employee fundraising relief efforts for Ukraine, and we\u2019re committed to doing more.<\/p>\n We want to assure our customers that there hasn\u2019t been any impact to our service. Our platforms are designed with foundational principles in place, including high-service availability, resiliency and security. We have contingencies in place for multiple scenarios and will continue to provide updates to customers and partners.<\/p>\n The unprovoked attack on Ukraine must stop; and we join those around the world who call for peace.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n February 26, 2022 –<\/strong> The conflict in eastern Europe has created uncertainty for companies with businesses in the region. Some being Genesys customers and partners.<\/p>\n The nature of the conflict could cause concern about those being impacted, and we want to assure our customers that there\u2019s currently no impact to our service.<\/p>\n With operations in more than 100 countries, our platforms are designed with foundational principles in place, including high-service availability, resiliency and security. At this time, service continuity remains unchanged with global 24\/7 support for all customers. We also have contingencies in place for multiple scenarios to minimise any potential impact to customers in the region.<\/p>\n We appreciate those who\u2019ve asked about Genesys employees and contractors affected in the region.
