Schwartzmann previously served as SVP of Latin America at Genesys, where he drove regional expansion and increased enterprise adoption of the Genesys Cloud\u2122 platform. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Schwartzmann brings 20 years of experience in enterprise sales leadership to his role,\u00a0including\u00a0nearly a\u00a0decade\u00a0at Genesys.\u00a0He now assumes responsibility for sales strategy and execution across EMEA, supporting\u00a0organisations\u00a0in accelerating agentic AI adoption and advancing experience orchestration to fuel lasting customer loyalty and sustainable growth.\u00a0Schwartzmann will be based in Madrid.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
