Bailey brings over 20 years of experience in cloud solutions sales across large organisations operating at scale. His expertise in transformation and growth will support Genesys as the company continues its business momentum, following strong results for EMEA, including Genesys Cloud<\/span>TM <\/span><\/sup>revenue increasing 60% year-over-year<\/span><\/a> during the third quarter of the company\u2019s fiscal year 2024 (Aug. 1-Oct. 31, 2023).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prior to joining Genesys, Bailey served as vice president of EMEA at Amplitude for three years, overseeing efforts that achieved impressive annual growth. Bailey also worked with Salesforce and Zendesk in their early years of business, helping to secure major wins and <\/span>establish<\/span> the brands\u2019 reputations as trusted advisors to organisations across EMEA today.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
