Join us at the EMEA Genesys Cloud Partner Events 2020

Our EMEA Genesys Cloud Partner Events are great for boosting your knowledge and increasing your Genesys Cloud skills. We cover a variety of topics, all designed to help you as a Genesys partner. From architecture to demoing, we aim to make our content relative and easy to understand, setting you up for success with Genesys Cloud.

Genesys Cloud Advanced Summit

This face-to-face event takes place over four days and is aimed at technical staff, including presales and professional services. Support personnel may also benefit from some topics. Each day we will discuss different Genesys Cloud topics, have open discussion time and work on practical activities on your partner lab environments.

The Advanced Summit will be hosted in a different country each quarter. Please refer to the schedule to find out where and when your next summit will take place.

Prerequisites:

  • Genesys Certified Associate Certification
  • Hands-on experience with customers
  • Partner development functional Org capable of receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Completion of Pre-Event work

Developer Summit

During 2020, Genesys plans to host a Developer Summit within the EMEA region. The location, agenda and dates will be determined throughout the year and partners will be given advance notice. The developer summits will be technical in nature and will focus on practical assignments. Please pre-register your interest using the form below and the ECCC team will follow up with you.

Prerequisites:

  • Development or programmer background, proficient in at least one programming language such as C#
  • Genesys Certified Associate Certification
  • Hands-on experience with the PureCloud API
  • Partner development Org capable of receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls
