Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Field Operations

Marylou joined Genesys in 2020 and is executive vice president of global sales and field operations. She is responsible for worldwide sales, field operations and partnerships across the globe.

Marylou is an accomplished business leader with deep technology experience in enterprise and software sales. She has led large scale and highly complex global sales organizations and is a recognized expert in go-to-market and customer success strategies.

As a leader at Cisco Systems, Oracle, HPE, Anaplan and CognitiveScale, Marylou has transformed global businesses for more than half of her career. As Anaplan’s head of sales for Enterprise Majors, she was responsible for the transformation of the company’s enterprise majors business. Leading a cross functional team of sales, indirect sales, and pre-sales. Prior to that, Marylou was CognitiveScale’s Chief Revenue Officer, SVP worldwide sales for HPE Pointnext, SVP HCM sales for Oracle, and VP of worldwide enterprise software sales, global business transformation at Cisco Systems spearheading a multi-year global transformation aligning SW assets and cloud consumption across a $6 billion portfolio.

Marylou has a BS degree in business management from Penn State University and resides in Washington, DC. She’s an Executive Leader for Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity and is actively involved in local community charities.
