SAN FRANCISCO, April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Genesys® (www.genesys.com), the global leader in omnichannel customer experience (CX) and contact center solutions, will hold signature customer experience events in the U.S. and Europe on May 22-25 in Indianapolis and June 7-9 in Brussels. CX17 is the annual Genesys conference that gathers together the strongest ecosystem of solutions, customers, partners and technology pushing the boundaries and future of customer experience.
Genesys is hosting a CX17 conference in each hemisphere this year to accommodate the global audience for its Customer Experience Platform. These events will focus on exploring the importance of providing the "human touch" in an increasingly digital world. With nearly 70 sessions in Indianapolis and nearly 30 in Brussels, attendees will also explore emerging innovation in cloud, chatbots, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), customer journey management, hyper-personalization, predictive analytics, virtual reality and more.
Headline speakers at CX17 Indy include Genesys executives and customers presenting best practices in customer engagement across multiple industries, including insights from top executives from Cielo, Facebook, PayPal, Philips, and the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Breakout session panelists include speakers from Accor Hotels, Bosch Services Solutions, EMS, nib health funds limited, Rochester Regional Health System, Shaw Industries Group, TXU Energy, and UPMC. Attendees at the closing night party will rock out to the music of the Gin Blossoms.
The keynote speaker at CX17 Brussels to discuss "Technology vs. Humanity" is the renowned futurist and author Gerd Leonhard. Genesys customers such as Bank of Ireland, the British Columbia Liberal Party, and Conduent will discuss the importance of the human touch in engaging constituents in government as well as business. Genesys partner Dimension Data will present a breakout session on advanced integration of IoT and data analytics into smart customer journeys. Other speakers include business experts from Bain & Company as well as Frost & Sullivan. And since it's Belgium, a party in a brewery is de rigueur!
"As our first customer conference since Genesys closed the acquisition of Interactive Intelligence, CX17 brings together the best of our Genesys G-Force with the Interactions events," said Tom Eggemeier, president of Genesys. "We're excited to introduce our customers, partners, and the industry to the expanded Genesys product portfolio that empowers organizations of all sizes and types, anywhere in the world, to connect with customers and employees across any channel, every day."
There will be a special ceremony at CX17 Indy to announce the winning finalists in the 12th annual Genesys Customer Innovation Awards recognizing industry leaders in achieving exceptional customer experience and remarkable customer service innovation and transformation. Winners also will be honored on stage at CX17 Brussels.
