Reporting is Important
Easily transition from your Avaya CMS or other reporting systems. A special service converts your top CMS reports to the PureConnect equivalent–so you can be up and running with the right data from the start.
Rip and Replace, or Hedge Your Bet
How much change do you need? You can install PureConnect in parallel using your existing Avaya switches and phones, or you can replace Avaya completely. You choose:
- Web-only WebRTC service. All you need is a Chromebook and a headset, we take care of the rest. No MPLS service needed, just data connectivity to the Internet.
- Genesys SIP-phones. We replace your Avaya switches and you get new phones for your support center (and for your business if you need them).
- Keep your Avaya switches and we’ll connect to them for voice service. You can even keep your Avaya contact center software running in parallel and move your teams gradually onto PureConnect.
