Genesys is now part of InterCall. Download the latest software to get the new look. It’s the same great tool to start and manage your meetings, but with a new look that matches recent changes to Genesys websites.

New system tray icon.

The biggest change you’ll notice is in the look of the software. The InterCall brand has been added. When you update to the newest client, look for the InterCall icon  in the system tray. The Genesys Meeting Center icon is no longer used.


Do I have to update my client?

No, this update isn’t critical to your meetings, but will create a consistent meeting experience for you and your participants. Be ahead of the game and update now.


Continue to use these time saving features:

  1. Click to start your conference call directly from Outlook or from your system tray icon.
  2. Genesys Meeting Center automatically dials you! It’s the quick and easy way to start your meeting.
  3. Get access to full-featured web conferencing. Share applications and presentations with your participants.
