Vice President, Service Delivery & Engineering, PayPal
Dar is a business and technology leader with global experience in management and technology. He is tasked with overseeing the global corporate network and network security for PayPal including global telecom engineering, IVR development and engineering, contact and customer service work task routing, and customer service application engineering.
He is also responsible for strategy, management and operational support for more than 12,000 customer service agents.
Dar joined eBay/PayPal in 2006 as Director of IT then Senior Director for Corporate Technology. Prior to that he held positions with IDEX Corporation, Gateway Computer and Sundstrand Aerospace.
Comedian and Writer
Dena Blizzard is One Funny Mother! She’s a former Miss New Jersey, comedian, and mother of three who recently starred Off Broadway in her one-woman show “One Funny Mother”, a hilarious multimedia theater show about motherhood. Dena’s recent viral video “Chardonnay Go”, seen over 23 million times, is now a hilarious board game called “Chardonnay Go, The Board Game for Wine Lovers, Moms and Other Shameless People.”
Additionally, Dena is a corporate host, has been featured in the NY Times, co-hosted with Anderson Cooper and has performed at Catch a Rising Star, The Comedy Stop at the Tropicana, Gotham Comedy Club and The Laugh Factory. She has also served as the preliminary host and on air correspondent for the Miss America Pageant on ABC. When she’s not working on TV, she is writing/producing content for her web series, where she makes inappropriate videos about parenting that are sure to put her kids in therapy. Tom Eggemeier is the president at Genesys. He is responsible for all of the company's customer-facing activities, including global sales, customer success, channel, and field operations.
Prior to his current role, Tom led the Alcatel-Lucent global enterprise sales organization (which included Genesys) with revenue responsibility of approximately $1.8 billion. Previously, Tom held a variety of leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Enterasys Networks, and Compaq in the areas of general management, sales and channels, product management, marketing, corporate communications, and research and development.
Tom holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he has served as a Visiting Committee member, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.
Associate Director for Operations and Education, Rose-Hulman
Lindsay Hull is the Associate Director for Education and Operations for Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology’s Homework Hotline, a service that helps middle and high school students solve homework problems related to math and science via phone, chat, and email. Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. She taught mathematics in the Indianapolis area for five years, including AP calculus and ACP calculus as an adjunct professor with Indiana University. Her research interests include technology in education and homework practices in K-12 education. She received her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College in 2016. Part of her thesis involved researching Contact Center Software Products and Best Practices, which resulted in the Homework Hotline’s decision to purchase Genesys/Interactive Intelligence’s PureCloud solution.
Director of Global Data & Audience Partnerships, Facebook
Yvette is the Director of Global Data and Enterprise Partnerships at Facebook, leading a group that builds data and technology partnerships and solutions to accelerate end client success and people-based marketing. Yvette and her teams work with third party partners that span Data, Enterprise-Martech, Messenger, Community Management, Measurement, and Commerce partnerships connecting services and systems that scale innovation and deliver business outcomes for omnichannel marketers. Prior to this role, Yvette led Facebook’s North America Mid-Market Sales team, and before that she spent six years at Google leading Agency Development, Strategic Partnerships for Google Checkout, and Social Media Advertising. Yvette serves on the Executive Committee of the DMA Board of Directors, and was named a Marketing EDGE Rising Star in 2014. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
Solutions Architect, Philips
Prabhakar Rajasekar has more than 10 years of experience in contact center implementation and integrations and holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Curtin University in Australia. He is currently working as Solutions Architect for Royal Philips, Netherlands.
Chief Executive Officer,
Paul Segre is the chief executive officer at Genesys. Since taking on this position in 2007, he has led the company to consistent yearly double-digit growth, including record revenues of more than $740 million in 2013.
Paul joined Genesys in 2002 as chief technology officer with responsibility for product management and engineering. In 2004, he became chief operating officer with responsibility for sales, service, and support.
From 2002 to 2011, Paul held a variety of executive management roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including president of the Applications Group, which included Genesys. During this time, he led a worldwide team and grew revenues to more than $2.9 billion.
Prior to Genesys, Paul held senior positions at DSC, Bell Labs, and AT&T Network Systems in strategy, business development, and operations support systems development.
He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in operations research from Stanford University.
Merijn te Booij
Chief Marketing Officer,
Merijn te Booij is the chief marketing officer at Genesys. As CMO, Merijn leads the global marketing and product management organization. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology vision, product strategy and go-to-market strategies to drive continued business growth and brand awareness.
Merijn joined Genesys in 2000 as a sales consultant for its Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of professional services, creating and leading the Genesys Business Consulting practice.
Prior to Genesys, Merijn gained extensive experience in running contact centers, having managed contact center operations for the Dutch Automobile Association in Holland.
Merijn holds a master’s degree in international law from the Rijksuniversiteit Utecht in the Netherlands.
Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Field Operations, Genesys
Mark Turner is the executive vice president of global sales and field operations. He is responsible for the company’s global commercial activities, field sales and channel operations.
Mark joined Genesys in 2003. Prior to Genesys, Mark served as vice president of EMEA for Commerce One and as chief executive officer of Aspelle. Prior to that, Mark worked in sales management at Ingres and Software AG, before joining Sybase as managing director of the UK.
Mark holds a bachelor’s of science degree with honors in Engineering from the University of Surry and an MBA from Cranfield University in the UK.
Nicolas Alfredo Wsevolojskoy
CRM Director, Cielo
Nicolas has more than 20 years of experience in the Brazilian financial industry.
Throughout his career, he has been responsible for a wide range of areas such as commercial retail banking, digital channels, new businesses, products, strategic planning, B2B and B2C segments, and customer experience in many different multinational institutions.
Today he manages the Customer Experience area at Cielo S.A., the leading company in the merchant acquiring and payment processing industry in Brazil and Latin America. Cielo S.A. has a R$ 60 Billion market Cap (among the 10 largest companies of Brazil) and its network captures around 9,5% of Brazilian GDP yearly.
