Dena Blizzard is One Funny Mother! She’s a former Miss New Jersey, comedian, and mother of three who recently starred Off Broadway in her one-woman show “One Funny Mother”, a hilarious multimedia theater show about motherhood. Dena’s recent viral video “Chardonnay Go”, seen over 23 million times, is now a hilarious board game called “Chardonnay Go, The Board Game for Wine Lovers, Moms and Other Shameless People.”
Additionally, Dena is a corporate host, has been featured in the NY Times, co-hosted with Anderson Cooper and has performed at Catch a Rising Star, The Comedy Stop at the Tropicana, Gotham Comedy Club and The Laugh Factory. She has also served as the preliminary host and on air correspondent for the Miss America Pageant on ABC. When she’s not working on TV, she is writing/producing content for her web series, where she makes inappropriate videos about parenting that are sure to put her kids in therapy. Director of Customer, Digital & Innovation, Bank of Ireland
Garvan is Director of Customer, Digital & Innovation with Bank of Ireland and responsible for setting and delivering the Digital and Innovation agenda for the Retail Ireland division and supporting the broader banks strategy in these disciplines. Day to day he is focused on digital enablement, innovative proposition development and problem solving across channels, services, products, processes, communications and people.
Garvan joined Bank of Ireland in 2013 as Head of Direct Channels, having come from Danske Bank where he held a number of executive roles including Head of Business Development and Head of Wealth Management & Private Banking and subsequently took up his current role in the Summer of 2014.
Garvan is a strong learning advocate having spent over 10 years as a Council member of the Institute of Banking and completing numerous educational opportunities including an executive programme at Harvard Business School and Singularity University.
Tom Eggemeier is the president at Genesys. He is responsible for all of the company's customer-facing activities, including global sales, customer success, channel, and field operations.
Prior to his current role, Tom led the Alcatel-Lucent global enterprise sales organization (which included Genesys) with revenue responsibility of approximately $1.8 billion. Previously, Tom held a variety of leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Enterasys Networks, and Compaq in the areas of general management, sales and channels, product management, marketing, corporate communications, and research and development.
Tom holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where he has served as a Visiting Committee member, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.

Director of IT & Development, BC Liberal Party
For the last 20 years, Hoong Neoh has been instrumental in driving the technology that powers the BC Liberal Party. He is responsible for building, maintaining and supporting both information technology infrastructure and the development of new technologies in order to meet the dynamic requirements of a changing political climate.
From developing and maintaining datasets to building an in-house platform for Party Operations Management, Voter identification, Call Centres and Data Analytics, Hoong and his small team continue to build and perfect solutions that give the BC Liberal Party a competitive advantage.
Currently, Hoong and his team are working with Pure Cloud to build an outbound virtual call centre solution that integrates with their in-house platform. Called BCL Talk, this new platform will be used by both volunteers and established call centre vendors in the upcoming General Election where the BC Liberals will have the honour of seeking a historic fifth term for government from the electorate.
Senior Vice President of Product Management,
Steve is the Senior Vice President of Product Management for Genesys. He is responsible for defining and driving the development of the product roadmaps for the PureEngage and PureConnect Product Lines.
He has also held previous roles in product management, as well as in product marketing and sales operations. Prior to Genesys, Steve held product marketing and management positions at Intel corporation, and a position as sales engineer at AT&T.
Steve holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Chief Executive Officer,
Paul Segre is the chief executive officer at Genesys. Since taking on this position in 2007, he has led the company to consistent yearly double-digit growth, including record revenues of more than $740 million in 2013.
Paul joined Genesys in 2002 as chief technology officer with responsibility for product management and engineering. In 2004, he became chief operating officer with responsibility for sales, service, and support.
From 2002 to 2011, Paul held a variety of executive management roles at Alcatel-Lucent, including president of the Applications Group, which included Genesys. During this time, he led a worldwide team and grew revenues to more than $2.9 billion.
Prior to Genesys, Paul held senior positions at DSC, Bell Labs, and AT&T Network Systems in strategy, business development, and operations support systems development.
He holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in operations research from Stanford University.
Merijn te Booij
Chief Marketing Officer,
Merijn te Booij is the chief marketing officer at Genesys. As CMO, Merijn leads the global marketing and product management organization. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s technology vision, product strategy and go-to-market strategies to drive continued business growth and brand awareness.
Merijn joined Genesys in 2000 as a sales consultant for its Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of professional services, creating and leading the Genesys Business Consulting practice.
Prior to Genesys, Merijn gained extensive experience in running contact centers, having managed contact center operations for the Dutch Automobile Association in Holland.
Merijn holds a master’s degree in international law from the Rijksuniversiteit Utecht in the Netherlands.
Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Field Operations, Genesys
Mark Turner is the executive vice president of global sales and field operations. He is responsible for the company’s global commercial activities, field sales and channel operations.
Mark joined Genesys in 2003. Prior to Genesys, Mark served as vice president of EMEA for Commerce One and as chief executive officer of Aspelle. Prior to that, Mark worked in sales management at Ingres and Software AG, before joining Sybase as managing director of the UK.
Mark holds a bachelor’s of science degree with honors in Engineering from the University of Surry and an MBA from Cranfield University in the UK.
Leon NM van Adrichem
Vice President, Information Technology EMEA, Conduent
Leon NM van Adrichem has spent the last several years focused on pan-European and global call center implementations. He is responsible for Information and Communication Technology at Conduent (formerly Xerox Customer Care Services) overseeing business innovation and improvements within Conduent’s 30+ contact centers (8,000 seats) across Europe.
Leon has been involved with ICT in the contact centre industry for more than 19 years with a deep knowledge of CRM, call centre in- and outbound applications, multi-channel, ecommerce, and social media, as well as scripts and infrastructure.
Partner, Bain & Company, Frankfurt
Dirk is a senior member of Bain’s Financial Services practice and leads the firm’s work in the Banking sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He is also an active contributor to the Digital, Customer Strategy & Marketing and Mergers & Acquisitions practices.
Dirk has more than 20 years of management consulting experience working with senior leaders in financial services institutions. He has significant expertise in transformation, turnaround management and strategy development, particularly in retail and SME banking. Dirk has also increasingly focused his assignments around the globe on digitalization projects.
Dirk has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Chemnitz and a graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim.
