The desktop video feature enables meeting participants in different locations to see each other using standard webcams, providing participants with a visual connection that establishes rapport and enhances interaction.

Just a telephone, high-speed Internet-connected PC with Internet Note: We support Operating Systems - Windows 9x, NT 4.0, ME, 2000 and XP. Browser versions - IE 4.0 or later and Netscape 4.7x. Macintosh is not currently supported.

- To join the web portion of the conference, click here , or go to the Genesys Conferencing home page at www.genesys.com and click the "Join" button in the upper left hand side of the page.
- Enter the Moderator's Meeting Number: 7616235
- Click the Join Live Meeting button
- A new browser window will open and the conference applet will now load.
- Using your telephone keypad, please enter the Participant ID listed on the pop-up window on your screen. Please make sure to hit the * (star) key before and after the ID number.
