LIVE, hosted by a Genesys Trainer (60 minutes)
Learn the basics to get started; including scheduling, preparation, starting, managing and ending a meeting. This is an interactive session where you can ask questions, specific to your needs. We offer two specifically designed sessions depending on which e-mail application you use.

Learn how to enhance your virtual meetings and increase participant comprehension, using polls, quizzes, surveys, reports, archives and more. Please attend the Getting Started Session, prior to this.
