1. Select the Moderator/Chairperson city location from the Chairperson tab and click on 'Submit'.
2. Select the location and number of participants who will join your meeting and click 'Submit'. 

Your 'savings' will automatically be displayed on the right hand side of the cost calculator. You can choose your currency by clicking on the appropriate currency tab. Click 'reset' to start again.
