Accessory Partner Application 30%

Enable the Genesys sales team to sell your 3rd party applications such as Routing Apps, Custom Reports, IVR Apps, Workspace or Extensions in the AppFoundry marketplace on Genesys paper. For services and implementation, partners may sub-contract services to our Professional Services team to sell on Genesys paper or partners can bundle services into the quote provided to the customer. Genesys will not assume support and liability, this will be the responsibility of the 3rd party application in all programme models.

You price and discount your product according to your market conditions, and Genesys to obtain 30% of net revenue and pay you a 70% share.

Core Integration Partner Application 15% / 25%

Employ your Genesys expertise on a grand scale by marketing unique Desktop Integrations, Reporting Apps, Custom Apps, EWM Adapters and ISV Integrations to the entire Genesys customer base.

You price and discount your product according to your market conditions, and share with Genesys 15% of net revenue or 25% if sold in combination with Runtime Connector License targeted for your Product.

Extension Partner Application 25%

You can list extension apps that integrate to the Genesys platform to deliver value to non-Genesys licensed users, outside of the customer service operation.

You price and discount your product according to your market conditions, and share with Genesys 25% of your net revenue.

Hardware Partner Application 5%

For Hardware products, solutions and appliances, this model presupposes a brand new Genesys Deal, a major extension or a shift from one Hardware vendor to another (Day 1 deals).
