Welcome to the 4th edition of StormCast, the newsletter from SpeechStorm.
We’re officially 5 years old, and in the first article below we describe how we celebrated this important event with a grand party in Holywood with the theme “A Night at the Oscars” which included the necessary red carpet moments, awards, and acceptance speeches.
We are also featuring a number of interesting articles, as well as an insightful case study which shows how SpeechStorm’s Personalised IVR is helping the Belgian postal operator bPost to provide a great customer experience.
In the past weeks we have also launched the widely anticipated update to our software, Kubrick, and are currently working on our next update, Lynch, which will include SpeechStorm’s Visual IVR solution.

SPEECHSTORM’S 5th ANNIVERSARY
On the 18th February we celebrated our 5th year as an independent company with an event at the Culloden Estate & Spa in Holywood attended by current and former SpeechStorm team members, Board of Directors, as well as a number of friends and distinguished guests including the Rt Hon, the Lord Mayor, Councillor Nichola Mallon.

FOCUS ON: Training Courses
SpeechStorm offers training courses at the customer’s premises as well as at our offices in Belfast, according to the customer’s requirements. We also offer open courses from time to time in different venues.
We are currently offering the SpeechStorm Designer Training which is spread out over 3 days. The dates for this training are 28 to 30 April 2015 and 28 to 30 July 2015.
The SpeechStorm Designer Training is designed to train the business & operations teams on how to build, configure, manage and report on SpeechStorm IVR applications.
It’s a highly interactive course where the attendees will work through a series of exercises in order to create their own IVR.
