12th annual global award program honors customers driving CX transformation

SAN FRANCISCO – February 1, 2017 – Genesys® (www.genesys.com), the global leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact center solutions, today announced the call for nominations for its global 2017 Customer Innovation Awards (CIA). This industry-leading program recognizes and celebrates customers for remarkable customer experience achievements and customer service innovation.

This year Genesys introduces four award categories:

  • The CX Globetrotter – Best global rollout of the Genesys Customer Experience Platform
  • The CX Innovator – Best omnichannel customer success story
  • The CX Pioneer – Best new customer “removing barriers with a fast deployment”
  • The CX Mover – Best cloud customer migration and/or deployment

Successful Customer Innovation Award candidates must be an existing member of the Genesys Customers Advocacy Program (GCAP) with an active Genesys/Interactive Intelligence solution. CIA winners will be announced at CX17, the industry-leading event which brings together the best of G-Force and the brightest of Interactions to deliver the No. 1 customer engagement experience of the year.

This year the four CIA winners from across the globe will receive:

  • One fully paid trip to one of two CX17 events (round-trip economy airfare, event access, and a hotel stay for two nights)
  • VIP treatment throughout CX17
  • Publicity as CX leaders
