Genesys Names Finalists for 2016 Customer Innovation Awards
11th annual program recognizes Genesys customers for achieving exceptional customer experience and putting their customers first

Eight winners, selected by an executive panel of judges, will receive:
- One trip to G-Force 2016 in Miami including a VIP event pass and hotel stay for two nights
- Customer Innovation Awards ceremony inclusion on mainstage with award trophy
- Complimentary time with a leading industry analyst
- Customer success story video content to showcase their brand and amplify their story of CX innovation publicly
- The CX Champions winner will receive a sponsored celebration at their contact center
