2015 Global Awards Program Celebrates Companies Harnessing Leading Customer Experience and Technology Innovation

This global annual program recognizes and celebrates customers who have transformed their business using Genesys solutions in innovative ways to achieve incredible results for their company during the preceding year.

Successful Customer Innovation Award candidates will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Existing Genesys GCAP customer with a deployed Genesys solution
  • Have a compelling and results-driven CX transformation story
  • Are able to attend G-Force 2015 in Miami, Florida
  • Agree to use of company name and logo in association with 2015 CIA Award promotion

This year the five CIA winners across the globe will receive:

  • 2 nights accommodation at the incredible Miami Fontainebleau Hotel
  • A VIP All-Access free pass to G-Force 2015 (Oct 26-28), with recognition during our Customer Innovation Awards ceremony
  • Complimentary analyst inquiry time during the event by a leading industry analyst
  • A Genesys sponsored party at their call center location to celebrate this prestigious achievement and capture feedback about the award from staff
