Genesys Positioned in Leading Analysts Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Workforce Optimization
DALY CITY, Calif. – November 28, 2012 – Genesys, a leading provider of customer service solutions, today announced that market research firm Gartner, Inc. has included the Company in its report, “Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Workforce Optimization” published November 7, 2012 and authored by Jim Davies. The evaluation in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant is based on completeness of vision and ability to execute.
According to the report, “WFO solutions should be embraced strategically within the contact center due to the associated benefits, ranging from a lower TCO to improved operational performance.
