Genesys Meeting Center is an on demand service that integrates fully-automated voice conferencing with easy-to-use web conferencing and desktop video, turning your PC into a universal communications tool. All you need is a computer, Internet connectivity and a telephone or headset with a microphone.
Moderators need to download a small application on to their PCs. Participants are not required to download anything.
