Genesys Conferencing provides Universal International Freephone Number Service from within the countries listed below.
To correctly dial a Universal Freephone number, place the relevant International Access Code in front of the 800 number. Do not place a Country Code in front of the number if you do not wish to be charged for the call.*
- For example, to call the Universal Freephone Number +800 1234 5678 from UK, dial 00 800 1234 5678. To call the same number from Australia, dial 0011 800 1234 5678.
NOTE: Each number is only accessible through the relevant carrier listed below. In some cases, more than one carrier operates internationally from a country. Where this applies, each carrier has its own International Access code and is named in brackets after the code in the ‘International Access Code’ column. If the participant’s telephone network does not route through the carriers listed, connection to Genesys Meeting Center will not be achievable via UIFN.
Also, some mobile carriers will not allow connection to the Genesys Meeting Center via UIFN. In these situations, connection must be made through the standard international toll number.
