As Chairman and CEO, Francois Legros is responsible for the continued development of innovative conferencing services, group strategy and the growth of the organization worldwide. Legros has 20 years of experience in the conferencing industry. He joined Genesys Conferencing in France at the start of operations in 1988. Before assuming his current position, Legros served as CFO and COO and in the dual role of vice president of international development and group manager. He was also general manager of the first Genesys Conferencing subsidiary, Genesys Sweden. Under his leadership, Genesys Conferencing has focused on expanding globally. These efforts have enabled the company to secure its status as the world’s number one conferencing specialist.

Shelly Robertson was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in April 2006. Robertson entered the teleconferencing industry in 1994 when she joined ACCESS Teleconferencing, which became Vialog Corporation in 1998. At ACCESS/Vialog she served as client services director, operations director and director of operations integration. Since Genesys acquired Vialog, Robertson has managed call centers in the US and Global Operations. Before being named COO, Robertson was Genesys’ at Executive Vice President of Production and Infrastructure.

| Andrew Lazarus – Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer |

Andrew Lazarus was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Genesys Conferencing in December 2006. Since joining the company in 2003 as Chief Strategy Officer, Lazarus’ priority has been to help design and implement initiatives to strengthen the company’s capital structure, to improve its operating productivity and profitability and to better position the company to pursue growth opportunities.
Lazarus has 15 years of experience advising companies on the development and implementation of financial strategies. Prior to joining Genesys Conferencing, he was an executive director of investment banking at CIBC WorldMarkets, where he concentrated on executing corporate finance and strategic transactions for telecommunications companies.
Andrew Lazarus holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BS degree in finance & accounting from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. |

Jim Lysinger is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Genesys Conferencing. As such, Lysinger is responsible for the global execution of Genesys Conferencing marketing strategies and plans. Formerly Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Genesys Europe and Vice President of Sales for Genesys North America, Lysinger has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Lysinger joined Genesys Conferencing with its acquisition of Williams Conferencing, where he held various sales and management positions. Prior to joining Genesys Conferencing, Lysinger was responsible for selling and managing voice and data solutions for Sprint Corporation.
Jim Lysinger holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Eastern Kentucky University.

Stephen Sperling, Executive Vice President Productions and Infrastructure. Mr. Sperling joined Genesys in 1997 as the General Manager for Germany. In September 2000, he was named Managing Director of the United Kingdom subsidiary. Later, Mr. Sperling relocated to the US where, in 2003, he became the Vice President of Global Infrastructures until being appointed EVP, Productions and Infrastructures in spring 2006.

| Denise Persson—Executive Vice President Marketing |

As Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, Denise Persson’s responsibilities include marketing, global sales coordination and strategic partnerships. She is also responsible for global product management and the company’s product development roadmap. Persson joined Genesys Conferencing as marketing manager for the first foreign subsidiary of Genesys, in Sweden. She later joined the marketing team in France as audio product manager and was then appointed marketing director. She was later promoted to vice president of marketing. A highlight of her career at Genesys Conferencing has been the successful launch of the company’s flagship product, Genesys Meeting Center. Prior to joining Genesys Conferencing, Persson worked in sales at Kuwait Petroleum and at Commodore in Sweden, where she was responsible for channel support and services.
Denise Persson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Stockholm University and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Olivier Fourcade joined Genesys Conferencing in 1991 as the sales and marketing manager for France. In 1997, he took on the role of Executive Vice President for Group Marketing. He was appointed Chairman of VideoWeb following its acquisition in 1999. He became Regional Manager of the company’s Asia-Pacific region in 2000.
