Available Shift:	Mon – Fri: 12PM – 8:30PM or Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri : 10AM – 8:30PM
Location:	Manassas, VA
Reports to:	Reservations Supervisor
Requirements:	Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to function in a self-paced learning environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Professional and articulate telephone skills. Willingness to provide outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a customer service capacity.
Essential Job Elements:	Facilitate phone consultations with internal and external customers attempting to reserve and/or modify a conference. Effectively respond to customer inquires and complaints. Complete and maintain special projects. Maintain customer records.
