Genesys Conferencing is currently looking for National Account Managers in its offices across the USA. Job Responsibilities:
  • HUNT to acquire the largest revenue generating accounts within the region through design and implementation of a sales plan.
  • Orchestrate efforts with various members of other Genesys departments.
  • Participate in and contribute to the development of strategic sales initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of weekly activity consisting of cold calling, appointments, and web demonstrations which will be measured through our CRM tool – Salesforce.com.
  • Build a funnel with revenue opportunities.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have 2-3 years national account experience in the telecommunications market or related field with a proven track record of success (stack rankings, awards, references).
  • College degree strongly preferred.
  • Work out of Atlanta office.
  • Strong management, organization and multi-tasking skills required as well as the ability to utilize the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Must have exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an entrepreneurial approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationships to maximize financial success.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Health, Dental, Vision, 401K with matching
  • Salary commensurate with experience
  • Commission dependent on achievement of sales quota.
