Genesys Conferencing is currently looking for an Account Executive in its Dallas (Addison), TX location. Be responsible for building relationships with current and potential clients while blueprinting client organizations in order to sell additional conferencing services and/or gain additional market share of existing business. | Job Responsibilities: |

Establish an excellent working relationship with assigned client contacts or client representatives and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service.

Arrange training sessions for new implementations as necessary, ensuring timelines are met.

Continuously up-sell web conferencing solutions to new users.

Review reporting needs of the client and determine if standard or custom reports are necessary.

Work with internal departments in development of custom reports in a timely manner.

Work very closely with the local National Account Managers in the office to ensure absolute penetrations into customers/prospects. |
| Job Requirements: |
- 1-2 years experience preferred.
- College degree strongly preferred.
- Work out of Addison office.
- Strong management, organization and multi-tasking skills required as well as the ability to utilize the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Must have exceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an entrepreneurial approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationships to maximize financial success.
